Join us for a safe, functional workout with a strong emphasis on alignment and form. Weather permitting we meet at Hogue Park in San Jose (Los Gatos border) on Mondays and Wednesday's from 10:30-11:30am. In cases where we are unable to meet in person, classes are held online with access to video recordings. We begin with a full mobility warm up, we then move into interval training with a continued focus on functional mobility and cardiovascular health. Finally we customize a safe, yet effective weight training/core sequence. Exercises are customized and regressed or progressed as necessary, and there is a significant focus on individual alignment and form. Please bring a mat and a set of weights to class. For online workouts, you should also have a chair, bench or ottoman available.
